Atriis Privacy Policy
Your company has elected to use ATRIIS Corporate Travel Management System to manage your business travel processes online. In order to fully benefit from the system's many features, you will be required to enter certain personal information, such as name, credit card number and expiration date, credit card billing address, telephone number, e-mail address, frequent traveler numbers, your travel preferences and more. This information is required in order for us to process, fulfill and confirm your reservations and transactions and keep you informed of each transaction's status. We are aware that sharing such personal information with us involves a great deal of trust. We take this trust very seriously, and make it our highest priority to ensure the security and confidentiality of the personal information you provide to us. This notice describes our privacy statement. By using ATRIIS, you are accepting the practices described in this Terms of Use and Privacy Notice. If you do not accept any of the terms and conditions stated herein, do not use ATRIIS. Please note that we review this Statement from time to time, and we may make periodic changes to it. Your continued use of this site following the amendments shall constitute your acceptance of the amendments.
Your Personal Profile
When your company starts working with ATRIIS, we receive a basic set of your personal details, including name, ID, job title, department, email address and the names of the people who approve your travels (and expenses). In order to access the system, you will be given a unique login name and a password, which you are advised to change periodically. Before you start using the system you will be requested to complete your personal traveler profile, which will include your contact information, travel preferences, frequent traveler program data, passport and visa information, preferred travel suppliers and in some cases your credit card details. We intend to use the data provided to us above to assist us with the delivery of products and services according to your requests. Your information may also be used to contact you when necessary and may be shared with other companies that may need to contact you, consistent with your preferences and approval. Your email address will be used by your travel consultant to communicate with you regarding your trips and other travel processes and to send you your travel itineraries. In addition, as an ATRIIS user, you may occasionally receive a newsletter, updates or other noteworthy news items from us. However, at any time you may opt out from receiving our newsletter or similar services through the Unsubscribe link placed at the bottom of each such communication.
Cookies
ATRIIS uses cookies only to record your username and password, to allow you to log in without having to enter this data each time Note that member IDs, passwords, and any other account-related data included in such cookies are encrypted for security purposes. You can always choose not to receive a cookie file by enabling your Web browser to refuse cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie. ATRIIS does not use cookies for any other purposes. With whom your personal information is shared ATRIIS does not sell or give away individual customer names or other private profile information to third parties and has no intention of doing so in the future. However, when you reserve a travel through ATRIIS, we must provide information about you to the airline, car rental agency, hotel or other involved third party to ensure the successful fulfillment of your travel arrangements. We must also share your personal information among certain of our affiliate global CRSs (Computerized Reservation Systems). For the Privacy policy of the CRS companies, see their respective websites. Unfortunately, due to the existing regulatory environment, we cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. By way of example (without limiting the foregoing), we may be forced to disclose information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances, or third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications. We can (and you authorize us to) disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate, in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose us to legal liability. Therefore, although we use industry standard practices to protect your privacy, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personally identifiable information or private communications will remain private. How you can update or correct your personal information Your Personal Profile on ATRIIS is accessible online at any time, from any computer. You can view, update and or change your personal information, such as your password, travel preferences, frequency program registrations and more through the "My Profile" link on the ATRIIS home page.
Security
We are committed to protecting the security of your personal information. ATRIIS uses industry standard efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal identifiable information, such as firewalls, system security measures and Secure Socket Layers (SSL) from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Please be advised that "perfect security" does not exist in commercial Internet applications and that such security measures may not prevent all loss, misuse or alteration of information on our web sites. Allowing other to use your password Do not disclose your ATRIIS password to any third parties nor share it with any third parties. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personally identifiable information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately change your password. Please note that in certain cases ATRIIS may enable other people to act on your behalf, however they will do so using their own identification.
