HR & Office Administrator 
Part-time, a flexible 12 hours per week 
Office-based; Caesarea, Israel 
Salary 30,000 NIS plus benefits 

When an organisation embarks on a major transformation and growth plan, the wellbeing, engagement, and support of its employees becomes more important than ever before. If you’re a well-rounded HR and administration specialist, this could be where you prove your worth. 

We’re looking for someone who can bring a combination of office, facilities and HR administration support to our global headquarters, to ensure it is managed effectively and all our local staff are fully supported. In particular, you will: 

  • Act as a focal point for all local employees, visitors and third parties 
  • Maintain all administration covering health & safety, office supplies, and all related facilities 
  • Provide support for all aspects of recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day HR, including updating the global HR information and payroll systems 

You’ll bring relevant recruitment process and HR experience, demonstrating success in building relationships and credibility with a senior team, whilst working in a small and close-knit team. You will be adept at responding to changing priorities with great prioritisation skills; always delivering on time. 

All this will be underpinned with experience of all Microsoft 365 packages and wider administration and communication strengths.
