Support Engineer

€1500 – €2000 plus benefits

We’re looking for someone who will be a trusted, knowledgeable, and dependable first point of contact for client issues. Someone who can be relied on to analyse problems, devise and implement solutions and ensure quick resolution to every client’s satisfaction. In particular you will: 

  • Provide a point of contact for all 2nd and 3rd level technical support 
  • Acknowledge and analyse each issue, involving third parties where relevant, and communicate with the engineering team 
  • Act as a focal point for all escalations 

You’ll need to bring experience of support provision within SaaS systems and of web service system interfaces. With good knowledge of SQL, you will be adept at identifying and solving queries within database structures with fluency in technical and business English language.
