Location: Caesarea – hybrid (2 days in the office per week) – occasional international travel required

Atriis is an innovative and fast-growing B2B SaaS (Software as a Service) startup, at the forefront of revolutionizing the travel tech industry. We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Global HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Israel, responsible for people practices across our distributed, global team (currently based in Israel HQ, Portugal, UK, US, and 3 other countries so far, with big growth plans).

This is a stand-alone HR role with high management visibility, so you will be involved in everything from delivering timely and accurate employment administration to shaping company culture and driving HR strategy to fuel company growth. You will be the go-to person on HR-related matters for all leaders, managers and staff.

To be considered, you must have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role with a strong focus on supporting a tech workforce and making a positive difference to the business and its employees. Any experience of B2B SaaS startups or international HR would be a plus. You will also need to demonstrate:

  • Good understanding of effective people practices across the whole employee lifecycle
  • Good understanding of labor laws in Israel, plus the capability to research, learn and apply international labor laws
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration and influencing skills – with fluency in both Hebrew and English
  • Flexible mindset and the ability to adapt and thrive within an agile, evolving context, plus a can-do attitude to take on whatever is needed
  • Exceptional organizational, administrative and process development skills to ensure accurate and timely administration of employment and to streamline processes – whilst balancing this attention to detail with big-picture strategic thinking and planning
  • Proficiency in using technology effectively to support HR practices, ideally with HRIS (HR information system) implementation experience
