What You’ll Do

• Develop & Maintain BI Solutions: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide a real-time view of business performance.
• Data Modeling & Pipeline Optimization: Create and optimize data models and ETL processes to ensure reliable and timely data delivery.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with product, finance, and marketing teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Data Quality & Governance: Implement best practices for data integrity and governance, ensuring high standards of accuracy and consistency.
• Drive Data-Driven Insights: Analyze complex datasets to extract trends and patterns that inform strategic initiatives and fuel business growth.

 
What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years in a business intelligence, data analytics, or related role.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL and proven experience with BI tools (preferably Power BI).
• Data Expertise: Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams.

 
Nice to Have

• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R or C# for advanced data analysis.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure (Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory) and SQL Server.
• Exposure to big data technologies and modern data architecture practices.
